Suggested Use:
Take 2 capsules daily with a meal. If desired, you may take 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch. Take as needed. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime as it may interfere with sleep. Use a s directed by your healthcare professional.
Other Ingredients:
Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose and water), ascorbyl palmitate, L-leucine.
